He works very hard to solve your problem without extra expense or unnecessary parts. His other job is he is a fireman so who else would you want working at your home?? he is reliable, knows his stuff extremely well, will not tell you something that is needed that is not, won’t overcharge you and is polite and trustworthy. We think he is the best we have ever had and our Jacuzzi is a custom Jacuzzi that is built into a wall so he has had his work cut out for him but has solved all of our issues as well as installed a new heater that is energy efficient and heats the water in less than 15 minutes. We will never use anyone else and highly recommend him.
N. S.I didn’t even need to have him come out and repair my heater. When I described the problem, he told me over the phone a couple of things to check first. And I was able, with his direction, to fix the problem. No service call needed. I’m sure that he saved me big bucks. I will definitely recommend him to my friends and definitely call him if I have a problem that I can’t fix.
